Midas

Bring your car here; they are remarkably thorough! I brought my Camry to Midas on Robert Street right after a dealership missed a ton of issues during an oil change. Midas heard the noise immediately and caught everything the dealer missed, including a water pump leak, valve gasket leak, and worn brakes. They did a full 45-point inspection with photos of every issue. Russell Lee was an outstanding service advisor who prioritized urgent repairs over upselling. They’ve earned my business going forward. Highly recommend!

I wish the salesman would have explained why I can’t get the cheaper priced oil change coupon in a better way, it felt like the oil change coupon is a scam and everyone must get the synthetic based on made up loop holes. which is about double the price. Better explanation would have made it seem more believable and not a pre made scam for everyone I requested a tire rotation which is included in the price but the tech said it was completed but I can see the tires were not rotated. And if he would have actually got the tires rotated like he promised I would have kept my thoughts to myself but now it makes me wonder if they even actually changed my oil!!

Stopped in to get an oil change, didn’t have an appointment, and decided to also get an alignment since my Tacoma (65k miles) was pulling to the left and the steering wheel would vibrate while braking. They got me in, service was fast, I appreciated getting the inspection via text message (with photos of truck and air filter), and the alignment was a great decision. The truck drives like it’s brand new. Great service, better value than the dealer. Thank you!

I had a warranty issue with work I had done at a different Midas out of state right before moving, and the West St. Paul Midas completely helped me out with getting it fixed quickly and honored the warranties! They are the best. Thank you Russell and team!!
